Welcome to Mathaversity. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of mathaversity.com (the "Site") and the tutoring services, free tools, calculators, worksheets, and other content we provide (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Mathaversity LLC ("Mathaversity," "we," "us," or "our").

You must be at least 18 years old to book tutoring services, apply as a tutor, or submit any form on this Site on your own behalf. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete any booking, form submission, or payment on your behalf.

- Service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as payment processing, email delivery, website hosting, and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Advertising partners, including Google AdSense (see Section 5 below).
- Legal authorities, if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Mathaversity, our users, or others.
- A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — you will be notified of any such change.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
